STORE POLICIES
It is our goal and intent that you are completely happy with your purchase from Natural Choices. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, here are the store policies.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges of baby carriers and cloth diapers will be accepted for 30 days after delivery. Baby Carriers must be in new, unwashed condition. Reusable Cloth Products (Diapers, Wipes, Mama Pads, etc) must be in unused, unwashed, new condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you in finding a replacement product.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be given in the event that an exchange is not available for merchandise that is in new, unwashed condition. If merchandise has been used, we will use our discretion in offering a partial refund, as these products cannot be resold for retail value. If merchandise is found to be defective, the purchaser will have the option of an exchange or refund.
Products from Earth Mama Angel Baby, Wishgarden Herbs and Motherlove may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, these charges will be deducted from the refunded total.
SHIPPING:
Purchaser is responsible for all delivery charges.
If you are local to Longmont, CO, you are welcome to pick up your order to save on shipping charges. Just give us a call to schedule an appointment.
Orders will be shipped within 3 days of order being placed. If product is on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours of order placement and the product will be shipped within 2 days of being in stock.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped by our choice of carrier.
* Wood items (KinderPerch and products from Little Colorado) do not qualify for free shipping. We will send you an invoice for the actual shipping charges of these items.
176 oz jugs of Agave Nectar do not qualify for free shipping. We will send an invoice for the actual shipping charges of this item. Once the invoice has been paid, the item(s) will be shipped.
International Orders will be charged for exact shipping and do not qualify for the Free Shipping discount.
DISCOUNTS & COUPONS:
Only one discount may be applied to any one order.
Discounts or coupons may not be applied to gift certificates, Shaklee products or magazine subscriptions. Amount of discount may not exceed order total. Discounts may not be applied to shipping charges or sales tax.
PAYMENT:
We accept cash, check and credit cards through Paypal. If paying by check, orders will ship once payment has been recieved and cleared. If check has not been recieved within 14 days of order placement, your order will be cancelled.
